She serves as an Independent Clinical Oversight Consultant and Director of Clinical Governance, Integrated Care & Patient Safety, guiding multidisciplinary teams through structured care alignment, stabilization strategy, and coordinated transition planning in high-complexity clinical environments.
Her work integrates clinical systems thinking, neuropsychological expertise, and recovery stabilization frameworks within environments where risk, fragmentation, or fluctuating stability require professional governance and structured direction.
Her clinical foundation spans neuropsychology, trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, and behavioral health stabilization. Trained as a Certified Neuropsychotherapist, Brainspotting Practitioner, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Master-Level Registered Addiction Specialist, her early work in neurodegenerative care included development of structured therapeutic frameworks supporting behavioral stabilization and functional care integration for individuals with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease.
Her academic background integrates healthcare leadership and clinical science. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, a Master’s Degree in International Healthcare Management (University of Essex, UK), and is a PhD Candidate in Health & Medicine specializing in the management of neuropsychiatric behaviors in neurodegenerative disorders.
